These two major international commercial construction contractors have each recently been awarded a variety a major projects across their local operations in India and Melbourne.
As a result immediate opportunities currently exist for experienced Senior Site Managers with exposure to major $80m+ design and construct projects to manage the delivery of this and future major $100m+ projects across Melbourne and India.

Experience / Qualifications required:
|
You will be expected to possess a demonstrated track record within a major hard dollar building contractor that will have exposed you to $80m plus commercial, residential, retail, healthcare or industrial projects. Through this experience you will have gained superior levels of ability in coordinating and directing trades, managing consultants, resolving construction issues, managing site safety and quality control and detailed design reviewing and issue resolution. |
