Description:

Reporting to the respective State Manager, you will assume responsibility for the leadership and direction of all operational management and tendering functions within the State.
This accountability will include the provision of detailed construction review and technical input into tenders whilst leading and coordinating the construction delivery of major building projects across the region.
The successful conversion and delivery of projects will stem from effective tendering, design and project management from initial client briefing through to project handover. Accountability will extend to ensuring safety, design, cost, quality and program objectives are met across all projects, while maintaining high client satisfaction levels by effectively engaging design consultants, construction personnel, subcontractors and other key project stakeholders. |

Experience / Qualifications required:
|
Construction Managers with professionalism, drive and determination are sought with proven major contractor experience and exposure to multi-million dollar design and construct projects. Tertiary qualifications in a building or engineering discipline will compliment strong leadership skills, well developed commercial acumen and a character that will culturally fit an organisation that demonstrates integrity and respect toward all stakeholders. |
